WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing bookings and keeping the front desk running smoothly.
• Welcoming patients and creating a relaxed, friendly experience.
• Handling payments (EFTPOS/HICAPS).
• Managing follow-ups and patient recalls.
• Assisting with social media and basic marketing.
• Updating website/blog content.
• Cleaning treatment rooms at the end of the shift.
• Labelling and preparing herbal medicine for patients
• General admin.
