Allied Health Receptionist (Part-time, 16hrs pw)

At SynerQi Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine, the front desk isn’t just admin—it’s the heartbeat of the clinic. You’re the first impression. The calm voice. The person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing bookings and keeping the front desk running smoothly
• Welcoming patients and creating a relaxed, friendly experience
• Handling payments (EFTPOS/HICAPS)
• Managing follow-ups and patient recalls
• Assisting with social media and basic marketing
• Updating website/blog content
• Cleaning treatment rooms at the end of shift
• Labelling and preparing herbal medicine for patients
• General admin 

WHO THIS IS PERFECT FOR

You’re not just a receptionist – you’re the person who sets the tone the moment someone walks through the door.

You’ll do well if you:

• Enjoy making people feel comfortable
• Like staying organised and on top of tasks
• Follow through with instructions and meet deadlines
• Communicate clearly and keep the team informed
• Take initiative without needing constant direction

No formal qualifications required – just the right attitude.
